Any discrepancies in your order must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the order. 

SHIPPING: It is not the responsibility of The Cyclery to refund any shipping costs on purchases unless deemed incorrect product or warranty defect. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.

SHOES: must be returned in original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns if cleats have been installed.

SADDLES: saddles can be returned within 30 days with packaging and original condition. Marks or scratches on rails voids any return policy. We suggest taping the rails to avoid damage if testing saddles.
