Sale Policy

All sale items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit—no exceptions. No price adjustments on previous purchases.

Clearance Helmets: Clearance helmets may be from previous seasons and may have production dates years prior to the date of purchase. Production dates are available upon request. Customers with questions regarding the production date, recommended service life, or manufacturer guidance for a specific helmet are encouraged to contact us before purchasing. Clearance helmets are final sale.

Items returned within 30 days, unused, with the original packaging/tags is subject for Refund or Exchange. Final Sale on all cycling clothing, or undergarments without tags or in packaging.

Any discrepancies in your order must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the order.

SHIPPING: It is not the responsibility of The Cyclery to refund any shipping costs on purchases unless deemed incorrect product or warranty defect. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.

FINAL SALE on all bicycles, trainers, and electronic equipment.

SPECIAL ORDERS are final sale

SHOES: must be returned in original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns if cleats have been installed.

SADDLES: saddles can be returned within 30 days with packaging and original condition. Marks or scratches on rails voids any return policy. We suggest taping the rails to avoid damage if testing saddles.
