Store Policies

-       Until the province-wide shutdown has been lifted, customers are not permitted in the store for any reason. No exceptions.

-       We are asking you to hold off on returns or exchanges until the province-wide shutdown is over. We will extend our return period from the usual 30 days to February 15th and will reassess as more information is available. -       Sales: we are operating via curbside pickup only. Transactions may only be conducted online or over the phone. Staff will bring your items to you at the door but are not able to bring additional product for viewing/shopping. Note: We have recently transitioned to a new website. If you are looking for items that do not appear online, please contact us via phone or email. Invoices for these items can be provided via email, and payment can be made via e-transfer, PayPal, or credit card over the phone.

-       Bike and ski service: bikes/skis will be picked up at the front door and assessed. An estimate will be provided by email or phone. Once work has been completed, an invoice will be emailed to the customer. Payment must be made via e-transfer, PayPal, or credit card over the phone before the bike/skis is/are collected.
